ABOUT THE SUMMIT
The maiden Africa Diplomacy and Business Summit 2022 will bring together scholars, captains of industry, business leaders, governments, politicians, and other distinguished personalities from across Africa and beyond in a 3-day engagement on the subject of bolstering free trade across Africa.
The theme for the Summit is: “Diplomacy as a tool for achieving the Africa Continental Free Trade Area.”
The conference is anticipated to draw participants from trade and diplomatic institutions, universities, government agencies, businesses, industry, and students interested in trade and diplomacy across the world.
The event is scheduled to take place from 6th to 8th July, 2022 in Accra, the capital city of Ghana, in West Africa.

SUMMIT ACTIVITIES
The Summit itself shall take the form of plenary sessions, paper presentations and working groups. The plenary shall be open to all participants to exchange ideas and experiences. The working groups shall discuss specific issues raised in the paper presentations to formulate documents to be adopted by the participants at the end of the conference.
A number of concurrent activities shall also take place before, during and after the Summit.
